Where Lighting Works Best

  • Path & Step Lighting: Gentle guidance without harsh hotspots.
  • Uplighting: Trees, columns, and stonework for depth and drama.
  • Grazing & Washing: Show texture on brick, siding, or masonry.
  • Downlighting (“Moonlighting”): Soft, natural light from above.
  • Accent & Niche: Water features, address numbers, outdoor art.
  • Deck & Patio: Enjoy entertaining after sunset.

Our Process (5 steps)

  1. On-site consult & demo – We walk the property at dusk and can set up a temporary demo so you see the effect before you commit.
  2. Lighting plan – Beam spreads, color temperature (2700–3000K warm white), and fixture placement mapped to your architecture and plants.
  3. Professional installation – Low-voltage transformer, buried wiring, and weather-sealed connections for long-term reliability.
  4. Aim & fine-tune at night – We return after dark to dial in angles and brightness.
  5. Care & warranty – Routine maintenance and fixture replacements as needed.
